Non-Exclusive/Leased Rights

Leased rights allow you to sell and/or distribute up to 2,500 units (cd's, mixtapes, mp3 sales, itunes, etc.) for one recording 

use. Once 2,500 units are sold and/or distributed, you are required to renew your non-exclusive license to sell and/or 

distributed an additional 2,500 units. 

Exclusive Rights 

Once exclusive rights are purchased the instrumental is no longer property of Inner State Productions 

(innerstateproductions.com) and can no longer be licensed or leased out to any other party. When the exclusive rights are 

purchased the instrumental will no longer be available for download. You are the sole owner of the instrumental making you    

the last to own rights to it. You may use the instrumental for multiple projects and can sell unlimited amounts of units.
